Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate your comments about our modern hotel and our commitment to reducing carbon footprint. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of paper cups in the gym. They should be in place, replenished on a regular basis by our service. I am sorry that we have failed this time. We're glad you appreciated the sparkling water dispensers by the lifts. We appreciate your positive comments about the cleanliness and modernity of our hotel. We strive to maintain high standards and provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. We are sorry to hear that the number of towels in your room was insufficient. For future reference, please ask the recepion for extra towels to be brought and we will be sure to resolve the problem quickly. We also deeply apologize for the confusion you experienced regarding breakfast. Our ibis and Novotel brands have separate dining areas, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the miscommunication. We will review our signage and information provided to guests to ensure clarity and avoid any confusion in the future. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.
