Great hotel in every way

Very nice hotel. Clean and spacious. Nice reception and bar area. Polite and helpful staff. Convenient location - about a 20 minute walk to the Old town and a 15 minute walk to the railway station. Small supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. No noise issues either inside or outside. Really good WiFi. Very good buffet breakfast. Really good idea having water coolers available on each floor for still and fizzy water. Overall a great hotel which I would highly recommend.

Just a few minuted walk into the town with bars/restaurants closer - near the station and a supermarket almost across the road. The hotel is a combined Ibis/Novotel as the Ibis Reception area appears to be closed and it has all been merged into one - with different floors per brand. The rooms had a caraffe with a water machine on each floor which was really convenient. The room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff were efficient. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast offering - plenty of choice such as pancakes/toasted sandwhiches and it was a calm environment. I felt the evening restaurant menu had quite a limited selection with mainly korean dishes. There is some building work going on directly opposite the hotel but this is beyond their control. Overall it was good value for money. I am currently an Accor Silver member and never had any issues with any of their establishments.

Just back from my 3rd visit to Wroclaw; have stayed in this hotel each time and will be happy to go back. In my experience the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, and the air conditioning works well. Breakfasts are perfectly satisfactory and staff pleasant and helpful. It's a good package for the price. The hotel is about 20 minutes' walk from the city centre but there are some interesting bars and eateries under the railway arches nearby.

My twin brother and I were in Wroclaw for a five night holiday, we chose Ibis Wroclaw Centrum and what a great choice we made . Greeted with a smile by really pleasant reception staff,we were allocated room 218 ,room was really good,twin beds ,really comfortable, room itself was superb, light and airy, lots of storage space ,flat screen tv,tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom was spotlessly clean and room cleaned to a very high standard each day. Breakfast was superb, a big choice of hot and cold meals ,fresh juice ,water ,tea,coffee, chocolate ,loved going down for my breakfast each morning ,loved the cookies,the hotel bar was also superb, enjoyed the craft beers from Prost Brewery,loved watching the live football on the big screen, location wise its really good ,short walk to the beautiful sites of this charming little city and there's lots of pubs,bars and restaurants under the railway arches a few minutes walk from this hotel,we both really enjoyed our stay in this hotel ,best hotel that we've stayed in Wroclaw, a city we've been four times,can't wait to go again next year ,this hotel is the only hotel I would stay in now,just superb.
