Novotel Wrockaw - Not what is expected

I have stayed in many Novotels around the World before and know what to expect. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly reception staff member and allocated a room. Upon arrival in the room though one of my pet hates - I paid for a "confortable superior room with one double bed" - which was not what I got. I got 2 single beds pushed together, with the large dip in the middle!! If I ay for a double I should get a double.. Also the air conditioning was useless. I would have opened my window, but I couldn't!! Bar was great though and open until midnight - with a variety of beers.

Karina is the best!!! (service) good food and the location isn't bad, will come again to Novotel in Wroclove, rooms are clean.

シャワーの水圧が低い
