Fantastic hotel. Emailed hotel before visiting to request if they could do something special for my husband’s birthday. We arrived and there were balloons and message on the bed. Very thoughtful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Knowledgable on recommending suitable restaurants nearby. Spa lovely and clean and great to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned daily and very thorough. Would definitely return.

Pros: Friendly staff at front desk, breakfast and bar; very useful 24/7 gym; pretty pool; comfortable rooms with strong air conditioning; excellent housekeeping; great handling of laundry and inbound packages; cool industrial vibe; short walk to multiple Metro lines. Cons: Nothing of consequence, I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The room is ok but the cleaning is bad (hair, dust, etc). The room service is bad and so is the breakfast (frozen products). The waitress's friendliness needs to be reviewed. The people at reception weren't very friendly either, and the receptionist didn't know the area very well. Positive points: The pool and the room I will not return

The staff is wonderful. The hotel is in a wonderful Paris neighborhood with the metro near by, tons of shops and restaurants. There is a pool, sauna, gym and spa. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We got the deluxe king. There’s a small balcony with patio set for 2, small fridge, Nespresso and tea in the room.

Excellent five star hotel not far from Bastille

My wife and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary in Paris and the hotel went to a real effort to make it special for us, complete with balloons, hearts, chocolates etc upon our arrival. It was really beautiful. More generally, I felt the staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Other noteworthy points were the excellent breakfasts and a very nice spa and pool area.
