We are deeply sorry to hear about the poor condition of the room, from the cleanliness issues and worn light switches to the cracked tiles and the water leaking onto the carpet. Please rest assured that our maintenance team has been notified immediately to address the shower leak and the cracked tiles to ensure these structural issues are resolved. We completely understand your disappointment regarding the age and overall state of the apartment. Dear Guest, Thank you for returning to stay with us, and for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are glad you still enjoy our location, we are deeply disappointed to hear that this recent visit fell short of your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the lack of greeting you experienced at reception. You are entirely right—no matter how busy our team is with background tasks, a guest approaching the desk should always be acknowledged immediately with a warm welcome. We are addressing this directly with our front desk team to ensure we are always attentive, present, and welcoming to our guests. We also regret the condition of your room upon arrival. Walking into a freezing room is incredibly uncomfortable, and discovering a threadbare towel and a damaged door chain is absolutely not the standard we pride ourselves on. Our maintenance team has been tasked with repairing the door lock immediately, and we have addressed the linen oversight with our housekeeping department to ensure our quality control is strictly maintained. Regarding the restaurant, we apologize for the inconvenience its closure caused during your stay. We are currently transitioning our dining space to a new local operator, and we regret that this left you without an on-site dining option during your visit. We truly appreciate your loyalty to our property and your constructive feedback.
