Trotz einer spontanen Zimmersuche vor Ort wurden wir sehr zuvorkommend aufgenommen. Sogar über die günstige Buchungsoption informiert. Die Lage zu allen denkbaren ÖPNV-Verbindungen in und um die Stadt (inkl. Flughafen) machen das Hotel für uns zu einem Top-Tipp. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung - wie es bei IBIS Standrad ist - überzeugendes variantenreiches Frühstücksbüfett und vor allem an der Rezeption sehr freundlichen Personal.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Altstadt wie auch der Markt oder die Einkaufszentren sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal hätte auf Anfragen gerne dem Kunden zugewandter reagieren dürfen. Ein Augenrollen verstehe ich nicht als zuvorkommend, wenn man an der Rezeption nach der Möglichkeit eines Late-Check-Out fragt. Ebenso wirkte das Personal auch beim Frühstück nicht unbedingt am Kunden interessiert.
