Regarding parking, we would like to note that €15 is a standard rate for secure parking in the city center. Guests are always welcome to use alternative options such as public city parking (which often turns out more expensive), or the nearby shopping center just across the street, which offers underground parking. At our hotel, parking is accessed via a barrier system and monitored by surveillance cameras, ensuring controlled access and added safety. As for breakfast, we offer a wide variety of jams with different consistencies — from thicker to more fluid — to suit different tastes. And we would like to kindly clarify that our juices are not powdered; they are of standard quality for this category and served fresh each morning. Our hotel is equipped with soundproof windows; however, as we are located in the very heart of the city, occasional street noise may occur, which is a common aspect of central urban locations. We appreciate your remarks and will take them into account as we continue working on improving the guest experience. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience was far from satisfactory, especially given your status as a valued Mercure ACCOR Gold Member and your numerous previous stays with us. First, I would like to apologize for the issues you faced with the room's temperature, the lack of hot water, and the condition of the facilities. We completely understand how inconvenient and uncomfortable it must have been, and it is disappointing that our team did not resolve these matters in a timely manner. I will personally address this with our maintenance and front desk staff to ensure that these issues do not occur again and that our guests receive prompt assistance in such situations. I am also deeply sorry to hear about the decline in the quality of our breakfast service, which you previously enjoyed. Your feedback regarding the limited food variety, unavailability of certain items, and noise during breakfast will be shared with our food and beverage team to ensure improvements are made. The behavior you described from our staff, including the lack of greetings and the inappropriate comments, is completely unacceptable.
