We are pleased to hear that you felt comfortable during your stay and appreciated your spacious, quiet room as well as our fitness room. We regret that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. As our hotel is located in a historic building, certain features reflect its original character. At the same time, we continuously carry out maintenance and improvements to ensure our guests' comfort. Breakfast can be particularly busy during peak hours when tour groups are staying with us. Our team continuously replenishes the buffet and does its best to provide a pleasant dining experience for all guests. We are also sorry to hear about the issue you noticed with the bathroom sink and the ventilation in the fitness room. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team so they can inspect these areas. Dear Andreas S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day. On occasion, the receptionist may be away from the front desk for a few minutes while delivering room service or assisting another guest elsewhere in the hotel. In such cases, a notice is displayed informing guests that the receptionist will return shortly. Our bar is open daily until 10:00 p.m. During periods of lower occupancy, bar service is provided by the receptionist in addition to their front office duties. We apologize if this resulted in a delay or gave the impression that the service was unavailable.
