We are pleased to hear that you generally enjoyed your stay and appreciated the room upgrade. At the same time, we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in the situation you described. The request was made outside the operating hours of our bar, which unfortunately limited our ability to provide the exact local beer you were looking for. Nevertheless, our team tried to arrange a keg replacement in order to fulfill your request despite the bar being closed.Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unable to arrange this request due to the absence of the responsible staff member outside the bar's operating hours. We sincerely apologize that we could not fulfill your request and regret any disappointment this may have caused. We also apologize if our communication regarding the situation was not as clear as it should have been. As an alternative, our team offered other beverages that are included as complimentary drinks within the ALL Accor loyalty program benefits. However, we understand that this did not fully address your request and the experience you were hoping for. We highly value our loyal ALL members, especially Platinum members, and we genuinely appreciate your long-standing loyalty to the Accor brand.
