Auch nach Eine E-Mail von mir habe ich immer noch nicht nach über eine Woche eine Rechnung bekommen. Das ist unverständlich. Und zieht das ansonsten sehr gute Ergebnis leider total nach unten.

Sehr gutes Hotel, leider können die Taxis nicht unmittelbar davor fahren, aber sonst sehr charmant, mit Fitness und SPA.

Regarding the taxi access, our location in the historic Old Town means that traffic is limited in certain areas. Additionally, we are located right next to the Parliament building, which also affects vehicle access in the immediate surroundings. Nevertheless, taxis can stop just a short walk from the hotel, and our team is always happy to assist with directions or luggage when needed. Tolles und sehr modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage in der Altstadt, zu Fuss ist sehr vieles gut und einfach erreichbar. Freundliches Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer, gute Ausstattung (Gym, Pool, SPA), gutes und leckeres Essen beim Frühstück.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, unser Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Am Waschbecken ist der Platz zur Ablage der Sanitärprodukte sehr beschränkt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, sehr schön angerichtet und von bester Qualität. Die Ingwershots haben wir besonders genossen. Lage zur Altstadt: nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Hotelanlage wurde im vergangenen Jahr liebevoll renoviert, sieht sehr einladend und gemütlich aus. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

- Direkte Zufahrt nicht möglich - obwohl vor dem Haus Fahrzeuge parkieren. - Sonntag Morgenessen: Personal war überfordert, obwohl der Speisesaal genügend Platz hatte (Kaffemaschine leer, kein Saft, usw.) A la Cart (gemäss Karte auf dem Tisch) wurde nur zögerlich angeboten.
