Guten Tag, das Hotel ist nicht schlecht, dennoch würde ich das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen. Zwar ist der Lobbybereich sehr stylisch. Die Zimmer sind dagegen sehr einfach gehalten unfeine Enttäuschung, nachdem man die Lobby gesehen hat. Waschbecken im Zimmer fand ich gar nicht gut. Das wirkt sehr beengend und unschön. Die Dusche war mir auch zu schlicht und hat mich an ein Krankenhaus erinnert. Absolut enttäuschend war jedoch das Frühstück, das so gelobt wurde. Alles abgepackte Ware. Nichts homemade wie auf der Karte beschrieben. Das Buffet wurde nur sehr zögerlich aufgefüllt. Irgendetwas fehlte immer, auch Geschirr. Der Joghurt war warm. Ich würde das Frühstück nie wieder buchen. Lieber gehe ich raus in eines der tollen Kaffees, die es genügend gibt.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und modern, Föhn sehr schwach. Schwimmbad und Sauna waren sehr angenehm und top ausgestattet. Das Fitnessstudio war leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht so toll, außerdem waren dort 26,7 grad !!!!!! wo es unmöglich ist zu trainieren! Das Frühstück war leider enttäuschend und deren Personal leider nicht so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die angebotene Speise am tisch war aber sehr gut, man musste aber leider selber herausfinden wie man diese bestellen muss, da uns keiner darauf hingewiesen hat, was auch andere Gäste erwähnt hatten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage war außerdem sehr gut.

Lage ideal für Städtereise. Frühstück sehr gut (auch lokale Speisen), aber am SO gab es keine Eierspeisen zum Bestellen. Zimmer eher klein, aber sauber! Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer ungewohnt. Wasserdruck im 3. Stock gut. Keine Aussicht, aber ruhig. Pool sehr schmal und teilweise sehr gut besucht - Boden dadurch nass und extrem rutschig. Kleine Sauna mit Ausblick zum Pool - auch ungewöhnlich, aber Temperatur gut! Leider wenig, bis keine Handtücher für Pool/Sauna. Personal sehr freundlich. Würden wir wiederkommen? Ja.

- Freundlicher Check-In/Out. - Zimmer sauber. Dennoch wäre Staub wischen auf den Nachttisch ratsam. - Wasserdruck beim Duschen zu wenig. Zu wenig Wasser aus der Regendusche. Wasser in der Dusche nicht ausreichend warm. - Warum keine Brötchen beim Frühstück!? - Es kann ein zusätzliches Frühstücksgericht bestellt werden z.B eine Waffel. Das Personal spricht einen aber nicht drauf an?? - Es braucht Desinfektionsspender beim Frühstück, da jeder die Zangen anfasst! - SPA sauber, leider aber bei 3 Personen oder mehr zu voll! Pool nur für eine Person gedacht.
