WARNING SOS WARNING 🆘🆘🆘 the whole hotel is surrounded by pests and spiders. the pests are in the walls and crawling around the beds! see pictures! do not take this hotel! it is the absolute worst hotel ever! even the service from the reception was incredibly bad and rude

They dont clean the room ; only the day alter the check in we discover ( at our arrival noone adviced about that!!!!!)that there is an app to book for your cleaning for “green policy” of the hotel. Many of us didnt have the ability to book ( due to the age in some cases and to the qr not working) and asked to the reception to provide and book that service every day. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days and only the last day we had the room cleaned, after many complains! Very low efficiency at the desk. The first floor smells like rotten fish ; we said to the desk and the solution has been to mantain windows open all day ( green policy??) carpet everywhere that stinks You slip in the showers the only positive note was the gentleman at the bar who was very kind and smiling. Bad experience! Hope they can approach differently in the future

A great hotel with great helpful staff. Nice bar area. Food options were good, and breakfast was good. Everything was clean, bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. Nice big car park. Will defo be back! There is a McDonald’s, KFC and Subway on the doorstep. Easy to find off of the motorway.

Due to Exhibition in town, prices 4-5 times higher!! For what?!?! Additional € 2,50 for steam bath... rooms are not lightened well, you cannot sit & work... Wifi miserable... small group did very loud private music in the bar... you cannto get any conversation with your colleagues...;-(( Very friendly staff !

Dear guest, we are pleased that you praised our staff so much. We are happy to pass on the praise. Due to the Medica trade fair that took place, our prices were indeed higher than at normal times. This is usual and nothing unusual for a trade fair city like Düsseldorf. We hope to welcome you in the future, also outside of trade fair times. kind regards
