Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing exceptional service are priorities for us. However, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We understand that you found our hotel to be a little tired in appearance. We are continually working on improving our facilities to better serve our guests. Furthermore, we appreciate your feedback regarding the pillows. We regret to inform that extra pillows are not available upon request at our reception, as per our current amenities setup.
