Perfect location on the square du Capitole. Metro and tram are nearby. Recommend room 124 - corner with windows on 2 sides. Shower was excellent. I didn't expect much from an Ibis breakfast, but it was pretty good. Would gladly stay here again. Plenty to see and do in Toulouse.

Great hotel in the center of Toulouse. Not much negative to say about the hotel and I would stay there again (and definitely purchase the breakfast - lots of options). The hotel entrance with its private patio for bfast or evening drinks was very nice and I really appreciated the lobby water station (spring and still options) and coffee station. Front desk was very nice and happy to call a taxi to hold my luggage. The rooms were fine. Bed large and comfy. As a solo traveler I had room for my clothing on the shelves and hangers. There didn’t seem to be a safe or a mini refrigerator which I thought odd. The bathroom was okay but it was sort of tight between the sink and the wall and might be difficult for someone overweight (I was in room 210 so don’t know if it’s the same situation in all rooms). Shower temp and pressure was good but very slow drainage. No place in stall shower to put your own shower accessories except on floor. Hotel offers a combo body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Wi-Fi and air conditioning was good.

Friendliest welcome! We were upgraded to a room with a fabulous view over the Capitol Square. Excellent soundproofing so no traffic noise and what a wonderful spot for people watching. Very comfy bed, walk in shower. No bottled water in the room, but cold filtered water in the lobby, along with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast, included as part of the tariff, was extremely good. Variety of fruit, cereals, cold meats, cheese, breads, pastries, cakes and jams. As well as hot food—scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. And two light-filled courtyards to sit in. But almost the best part for us was the ever helpful reception staff—with a special thank you to Clement, Nicolas and the amazing, smiling, multitasking Marie! Service that matches its enviable location makes this a great place to stay.

Comfortable room, restful, quiet, nice breakfast buffet, helpful staff, memorable view of the Centre Capitol, and ultra-convenient central location. We would return and highly recommended!
