Hello Xu, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us 🤩 Indeed, the checkin is at 3:00pm: if a room is ready earlier, we give to our guests, but it is not always the case as the checkout is at 12:00am. Regarding the invoice, we can not just put the amount paid, we have to put the details per night, but the total amount paid is written at the bottom We will be happy to welcome you anytime, Mama ❤️ Xu, Mélanie Front Office Supervisor.
