Parking within the hotel, which is good. Location : 10mins walk to the central. There's a Carrefour city right opposite but apparently prices are higher there. The corridors of the room seems dated. But overall is ok. Windows can open for better ventilation. Had an incident in which housekeeping had cleared a card in which I've placed in the key card holder. Fortunately after informing the front desk, they managed to retrieve it back for me as it had sentimental value. Our breakfast comes with the rate but if you have to pay more than 15€ for it, you'd be better having more options outside.

We are a family of 5 so had two rooms near each other. We did not get the rooms cleaned as we only slept there and were on the move. Location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and churches, museum, tube stops. When we arrived, staff were super friendly, Fady, Frederic and a blonde lady. Everything g was great: the pool, the gym, rooms and ambience. Staff spoke Eng, clean communal areas and free drinks passes. No breakfast as we are out but it looked plentiful. Fridge in each room is s great touch for milk etc for kids.

Easy going visit in Toulouse

Our family of 4 + a friend visited Toulouse for 4 days, and we selected Mercure hotel due to its location and having a pool (important for kids). The visit was good, we enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms (rooms with 2 bedrooms and surprisingly a full kitchen), good breakfast and the gym (even though it was tiny). Service at the pool was randomly ok, it seems there was not enough staff at the opening of the bar so things got very delayed and some guests appeared to be quite upset about it. We felt sorry for the one and only staff member, who struggled until she got help. Generally the pool was ok, however very small.

Good hotel to stay few nights

We stayed three nights there and generally, it was OK. Location is perfect. It’s in few minutes on foot from central square, there are lots of restaurants and shops around. Rooms are basic and not big but comfy enough. Bed and pillows are comfortable as well. There are tea pot and coffee machine. Bathroom is ok just there are only shower gel and shampoo included. Soundproofing isn’t good enough. So, it might be a problem. Buffet breakfast is really good and breakfast hall is big, so you don’t have to wait for the table. The choice of dishes is varied including cheese, fruits and bakery. To sum up, price is fair for conditions offered. We can recommend it to stay.
