Just arrived from Scotland and stopped at this place for a rest before heading to Cornwall after paying for the room I was told there was just a car park fee to pay £10 for the night ! Absolutely ridiculous nothing a bunch of robbing hypocrites. It’s my fault I could have parked on the road for the night but never mind at least I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone. Stay somewhere else where you don’t have to pay for parking when you paid for a room. Also I booked a double not twins 😡

Came to catch up with a friend from abroad. Very welcoming. Josh the hotel manage was fantastic and friendly. Spohia the waitress was incredible. Room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely will be returning again Keep up the good work guys

I stayed in this hotel last night. Bed was comfy the room was modern, the staff were friendly breakfast was really good, and really good value, would definitely recommend

Small rooms, fridge not working. Restaurant poorly run. It is quiet though. Pay for parking wtf ! Very unimpressed by the hotel frankly .

We acknowledge the concerns regarding the room size, we do have several different rooms available, the standard double booked is the smallest we offer so should you return you may find a king room better suits your requirements. I apologise if there was an issue with the fridge in the room, we were unaware of this prior to your arrival. I'm sorry if there was an issue with the Restaurant, I know it was particularly busy on the evening you stayed so I'm sorry if this contributed to any issue you experienced. Regarding the parking, unlike the other hotels in the area, that charge for parking on the outskirts of town, being in the town centre land is at a premium. In order to extend out parking we had to purchase the adjoining property so we must show a return on this investment and rather than include an extra charge for everyone, the car park operates as a public car park and we just charge the hotel users that wish to utilise the facility.
