The stay was very relaxing. Easy to get to the hotel from Schipol Airport (about 15min train journey), and about 6mins train journey to Central Amsterdam from the hotel. Nice modern, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a quiet location so had a good night sleep.

Great location, clean & comfortable room for family of 5 (although we had to book 2 rooms :D), good facilities, friendly & helpful staffs. I am a gold Accor member, still price is a bit high :). Will definetely advice other to stay in Mercure ;) Thank you

Attracted by the price with reasonably convenient location, just few minute walk from Sloterdijk Station. It takes only 5 min by train to Central Station and bus is also convenient for few stops with around 15 min ride. The surroundings are quiet with a supermarket just next to the station. Room is slightly a bit larger than usual European ones and the bathroom is not small. However, the bathroom does not have shelving to place the toiletries (only with drawer but not convenient at all) and the design of the bathroom is just weird to allow all the water splasing out. There was no hair dryer in my room and I requested one, they seemed very skeptical if I had searched through the room to confirm. But what's more disappointing was that they did not have any hair dryer in stock and I could only sleep with my long wet hair 🙁. Also, there were some utentials left over at the corridor just in front of my room but no one cleaned up for the whole afternoon which I thought not reasonable and unpleasant. I did not have there breakfast so could not comment. And there are very limited choice of restaurants nearby so it's better to have the meals before going back to hotel. Overall speaking the stay was acceptable but not enjoyable at all.

Really comfy bed and pillows, breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Had a few issues with the key cards though after the first night they stopped working so he couldn’t enter our hallway to get to our room and our relative got stuck in the lift because his card wouldn’t scan after the doors close and therefore couldn’t move the lift to another floor either so had to wait for someone else to get on the lift so he could get out again. But do not let this put you off, we have stayed at the hotel 3 times now and this is the only time it has happened. Great transport link to the airport, and city centre. The train takes you to the central station in Amsterdam in literally 5 minutes and no stop in between. The metro takes about 25/30 minutes roughly and has loads of stops so would recommend the train instead. Then there are various teams around the city centre to get about.

I have a wish i'd like to get a bill about the city tax (46.90 €). Till yet i have not get any message about it. Thank you Review: The Breakfast was very excellent, and the room very nice and comfortable. The employees are very kindly and helpful and you have a great Luggage room
