i was struggling with the hotel booking because of some administrative issues and the reservation team helped me in sorting the booking very quickly and patiently despite the technical issues. They were very kind and helpful during the process. <3 Shout out to Jackie and team. :)

The best things about this hotel are the convenient location, opposite the park, and the wonderful service, hospitality and outstanding staff on level 26 Club lounge. Lovely cleaning and door staff also. Room for improvement: buffet breakfast on level one is canteen quality, very rushed and perfunctory service, crowded and cramped space and average food offering for a premium hotel. Not helped by being located in the shopping centre. Also, no swimming pool and some power point chargers in the room do not work.

Two night Accor Plus Platinum stay and it was fantastic. From check-in at the 26th Floor Executive Lounge, evening canapés and drinks, to a peaceful breakfast (al a carte and buffet), I loved my stay. Special mentions go to Neo who checked me in and always greeted me by name and all the other wonderful staff - Sandy, June, Michelle, Julius, Joey, Jack, Samson, Kitty, Florence and Chioce. Many thanks to everyone who made this such a perfect stay.

한국인 직원분이 계셔서 편안하게 체크인 할 수 있어요! 클럽 라운지 이용할 수 있는 방을 예약했어요. 편하게 멋진 뷰와 함께 음료 및 다과를 즐길 수 있어서 좋아요. 직원분들도 친절하고 주변에 맛집 및 샵들도 많아 위치도 좋고 가성비도 높아 만족합니다. 저는 다음 홍콩 여행도 이곳으로 예약했어요! We chose this hotel for a family trip. We booked rooms with access to the Executive lounge. We checked in at the Executive lounge, and they helped us to check in comfortably with drinks during the check-in. Also, Julia, a Korean employee, sent us a kind email about the check-in in advance a day before arriving at the hotel, and we could feel comfortable communicating with the hotel even during her stay. Also, all the staff members are very friendly and offer high service. (Thank you to Sandy, Kitty, Florence, June, Neo, Michelle, Julia, Julius, Jack, Joey, Samson, and Chloce.) The executive lounge on the 26th floor is truly wonderful, and you can drink comfortably anytime from 7:30 to 22:00. I also booked parklane Hong Kong for my upcoming trip to Hong Kong next month.

HongKong Parklane hotel provided me their hospitality and made me feel like home. The location is very convenient for food, shopping and public transportation. Their lobby staff are providing very warm service. Very impressive staff is Kitty Lau.
