Good enough, but lack of parking is a pain

Dear Beck T., Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to review us here. We are sorry that we were unable to fully satisfy you. We regret that your room did not meet your expectations. The amenities and size of our hotel rooms are clearly and transparently presented on our website. As an inner-city hotel in a central location, the number of our paid underground parking spaces is limited. There is a municipal car park with 180 parking spaces about a 3-minute walk from here. During check-in/check-out, you can of course park directly in front of the hotel entrance. We hope that the points listed above did not spoil your stay with us too much. Dear MultiTripper, Thank you very much for staying with us and taking the time to rate us here. It is a pity that we could not fully satisfy you. We understand that a good night's sleep is of the utmost importance and regret that we were unable to offer you this. As we are centrally located in the city centre of Tübingen and are therefore surrounded by roads and railway tracks, we cannot guarantee that it is completely quiet, despite windows with a very high sound insulation level. We regret that it was too loud for you and that you could not sleep well, but unfortunately we have no direct influence on external factors. We apologise for the inadequate air cooling system (we do not have air conditioning) during your stay. Unfortunately, we have no control over when things break down. What we do have some control over is quickly commissioning the repair and minor emergency solutions such as providing a fan. As hosts, we have tried to do our best - however, we are not air conditioning mechanics and have no influence on the scheduling of specialist companies or the rapid delivery of urgently needed spare parts. We hope that the points listed have not spoilt your stay with us too much. We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations and that your impression is now clouded. Dear 908naheedk, Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to rate us here. It is a pity that we were not able to completely impress you. I would like to take a closer look at the points you mentioned: The room facilities are realistically described and illustrated on our homepage. Water (still and sparkling) and hot drinks (until 22h) are available free of charge in the lobby. Please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to provide you with a carafe or larger glasses. For reasons of hygiene, we do not use glasses in the bathrooms. Plastic cups are not an alternative for us, as we would like to avoid single-use plastic in our hotels. You will find corresponding information on our displays in the lifts and in the lobby. We would have been happy to help you directly on site with additional pillows. Our team is there for you 24 hours a day. Did you mention this? Our prices are daily rates and vary depending on occupancy. We hope that the points listed did not spoil your stay with us too much.
