It was a great. Just one suggestion, please try to make the swimming area safe for children, by clear demarkation lines and by keeping some safety equipments. Otherwise it was very nice stay and would like to stay again. Thank you

fantastic hotel with friendly staff. swimming pool is awesome with spa. Room condition is really good I think it has been renovated. I am pretty sure even the TV was OLED or something. really impressive. overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone I know. THank you.

I have stayed on this hotel a copule of times. It is very convenient for Stuttgart Messe/Fair - only 15-20 min. in taxi. The staff is always very friendly and I feel always welcome. Good facilities and the restaurant serves good and tasting food.

The hotel is perfect, however : when I asked by Phone the content of the menu (24 €), and i asked to reserve it, I got the answer that it is not necessary, the menu is always available and you can order it when you are in the restaurant.In the resto they told me it was "a mistake", I had to order it in advance and get a voucher. Result : what we order since more than 10 years, also this evening, I paid nearly the double.A joke or should we cry ? : when I asked to have no salt on the pommes frites, they answered to ask if it is possible, but anyway it woild take a longer time to get the meal. Indeed, it took anyway such a long time that at the moment of the dessert the kitchen was closed.Conclusion : very good hotel but be carefull for the restaurant.

I stayed with my family in the Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Sindelfingen an der Messe for 2 nights with my family which mean having a kid of 4 years and on of just 5 months. The following comment are made with objectivity and from a professional perspective as I was an Executive in Hospitality Management and today I am as an hospitality teacher what follow could be a case study to my students of what not to do and what need to be improve. - 1st night the front office agent Christoper made me a nice and good impression, courtesy and professionalism, but it stop here for the rest of the stay. - With an Accor Gold card member with 4 persons in the rooms, we had only as amenity, only 1 small bottle (0.3 cl) of sparkling water in the middle of summer and no fridge in the room. Any mini-bar has to be made to the reception and therefore no place to store or cold our beverage, which mean we have to consume it straight away. As room amenities that is almost it, no slippers, and the usual one that you can have in the bathroom, which mean you have to plan to take them with you. - The shower has a glass to separate it from the bathroom, but when you take your shower with the high-pressure head we put as much water in than out. - The bed lights had spider-nets and dust and the small spotlights with halogen are reachable by kid, which mean my 4-year-old one burn her finger by playing close to it. Today we do not use also for saving energy anymore halogen light but LED which save energy but as an advantage could stay cold and void to heart them. - The swimming pool has broken tales, no place to store shoes other than only 4 changing box which doesn’t follow hygiene standard to separate the changing area within the swimming pool. In the pool the tales are very slippery between the not deep and deeper part of the pool, same for the swimming stair, which do not have some strips to make it more safe and less slippery. No CCTV in the area, it could happen anything and nobody could will notice it. - The Winestube waiters do not know some of the product on there bar menu and are quite rude in the way they could answer to the guest. - On the checkout day the Housekeeper enter our room at 8:30 in the morning without knocking the door before and say the word “Housekeeping” - The parking is not free of charge for the guest as it is private, do not take any responsibility for what could happen to your car and do not have CCTV. Guess what my car was scratch during the night and no staff wanted to bother the manager for this incident. I had to insist to meet him. According to the hospitality rules if you charge something you have to provide a service, which mean they just can’t just charge you and be not reliable and not providing any service just the place or they have to make it for free. It is like today if a hotel asks you to pay for the WIFI, it will be strange. Even more when opposite to the hotel you have free parking place. - The last thing the manager told me they are Mercure but not Accor are they are Franchisee. According to what I know Mercure belong to Accor brands. It is like you go to a McDonald and you ask for a BigMac and the answer will be, we don’t make BigMac because we are in Franchise Management. In other words if you accept to take the name and use the brand to promote your hotel you have to follow the group and brands standards. All this could be sort it out if the hotel staff will have the Accor hotelier spirit and have received a better training in order to deal with guest and provide a better customer satisfaction

Stayed here last year. It was in need of a renovation and better Internet Service. I gave this hotel another chance because I was told a renovation would be done soon. While a renovation was taking place during my stay, I was given an old room. Maybe none of the rooms had been finished, The Internet was supposed to have been updated. It was still very slow, 4.0 MPS. Outdoor parking, away from the city center at 13.00 Euros per day is excessive.

The hotel in general is good but there are things that can be improved like the housekeeping service, the attention in general, the beds and some other minor details which will make it a much better hotel. But I have to say one of the receptionists (Carolina Supper) is the best. Really helpful and always friendly.

Stayed at the hotel several times. It has good facilities and the staff is very service oriented and nice. The restaurant has a wide and good selection of food and wine. The food is well prepared. The rooms are clean and quiet. The air conditioning could however be improved

Hotel OK because next to messe, poor environment between parking lots and roads, need to have a way of transporattion in order not to be stuck there The room is like in all the Mercure hotels convenient enough without any charm or personnality

I knew when i booked this hotel that an exhibition was held in the area and it was difficult to find rooms. Therefore I guaranteed my reservation of two privilige single rooms to me and my colleague including late arrival. At arrival only my room was available - my colleague had to be transfered by taxi (paid by the hotel) to the neighbour Mercure hotel. Once there he was offered a conference room with a temporary folding bed placed in one corner of the huge room..... 50 EUR in discount and free breakfast was a nice gesture from the hotel but not at all compensating for the discomfort. The second night I could transfer to the room category I had booked. I received a small discount for the first night but having the trouble of changing room and the mishap with my colleague hardly made us feel welcome. Being a Platinum member of Accor since some years, I sometimes get a room upgrade but this was the first time ever I had a downgrade. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not stay there again

A room was not available even though I had a valid booking reference from the Accor website. I had booked two rooms with one in the name of another colleague. I was told he had not checked in but this was not the case.The reception staff were totally clueless.

Despite two confirmations prior to our arrival, the two room we booked were not available. We had to move to an other Mercure Hotel, without a swimming pool, witch was very disappointing for our kids.

Apparently family rooms start on floor 5 which I find hard to believe but that's what I was told when I checked in. So if you have kids and want a low floor room, it's not possible! The rooms are in need of a refurb but have everything you need apart from effective aircon. Admittedly it was 33 degrees when we stayed but unless you stood next to the vent, you wouldn't know you had aircon. Balcony door could be fully opened but with children you wouldn't want to leave the door open especially if you're on floor 5!!! Breakfast pretty good. Evening meal in the Weinstube very good. Indoor pool looked lovely but didn't use it. Plenty of car park space. Reception staff varied, one rather frosty, one smiley and helpful.
