Our Mövenpick SLEEP rooms are indeed tailored to provide an exceptional sleep experience with adjustable beds and high-quality linens, and we are glad you noticed these details. However, we regret to hear that the absence of a minibar and USB plugs did not align with your expectations. Furthermore, we understand that the restaurant's limited service on the night of your stay was a source of inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for this. These incidents are not reflective of our usual standards, and we are reviewing your comments to ensure that we maintain our high service quality going forward.
