A warm welcome, a great stay, friendly staff - UNTIL CHECKOUT! The agent had no idea of customer service or guest appreciation. He was unhelpful and obstructive, even pushing me at one stage. He wanted to charge me for a breakfast that was included in my booking. The Manager - who was polite and friendly - overruled him. In many Ibis stays, from Coimbra to Eskisehir, I have never before been treated so badly. That agent, a tall young man with a beard, needs lessons in customer service and good manners. I will inform Accor Hotels management of the matter.

Big surprise in positive sense. Very good location, in the centre of Gdańsk, at the same time quiet surroundings. Great, positive, helpful staff. Hotel in a very good shape which helps to take the rest. Room was good, clean, well equipped and quite big as for Ibis level. Breakfast tasty with several dishes. FOr sure I would like to come back there.

Good location: 10 minutes walk to the main attractions in the old town. Great service, fresh and tasty food, modern, clean and quite hotel with parking. All staff members speak English and are totally customer focused. Overall - meeting and somewhere exceeding expectations.

Everything was great. Location, breakfast... Staff, cleaning, super good beds. Easy To Go, easy To leave, easy walking To old part of city. Grat holiday. Great hotel. Next stay will be In Same hotel again.

Very expensive stay for an Ibis hotel. Disappointed that I had usede Accor website because other websites - hotels.com etc. - had the same for 50% of the Accor price. I am getting very disillusioned with Accor!

Good vibes when you step in. Contemporary simple, fun and lively. For travellers who do not need the fuss and unnecessary facilities (no time to even look at!) It is located at a quiet street but not too far from tourist sites

Hotel is in a nice quiet area of Gdansk but only a ten minute walk from train station and the main street and Hard Rock Cafe. Found all staff to be very helpful and check in and check out was very quick and easy. The room was very clean and tidy. Recommend this hotel for location and value

Great hotel, very clean and modern. The breakfast was interesting and had a wide variety to choose from including apple pie. The location is great, just a short walk from the town centre and the solidarity museum which is worth a visit. The only down side to this hotel is that there is no tea or coffee in the rooms,

This is a fab, clean well run hotel within a 10 minute walk to the centre, river, bars and restaurants. There is a great restaurant just over the road from the main entrance which has 150 types of vodka as well as good food. A trip to Sopot on the catamaran is well worthwhile past the Gdansk dockyards and memorial to the start of the 2nd world war. Top weekend away.

Good continental breakfast (early breakfast, even on week-end). Clean room in modern facilities (however the hair-dryer is a bit useless and to have a kettle in the room would be welcome. Good service by the staff at the reception.

Very good hotel at a reasonable price. Nice and quiet, close to train station, shopping and Old Town Gdansk. I have stayed here many times, perfect location and friendly staff. I really recommend this hotel. Nice big shower!

The hotel is located in the center of Gdansk, near train station. Close to the Old town and all the tourist attractions. Extensive public transport near the hotel. The hotel is elegant, its rooms are equipped, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is rich. The hotel staff is courteous, professional and attentive to its guests. The price of the hotel is cheaper compared to similar hotels around it.

We eventually arrived at the Hotel at about 3pm. The Check-in was smooth, uncomplicated and we were offered our free drinks voucher, given the cards to our room. The room had a very large shower area which enables you to get the temperature right before getting wet. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The location is excellent, for the Golden Gate, the Neptune Fountain and the old dock area by the river.

The room is clean, quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. For some reason there was no toilet brush, the hair dryer and some sockets did not work (in the bathroom, near the mirror and near the bed from the side of the bathroom). Without them, there were enough outlets by the window in the room, but it was not convenient to dry my hair with my hair dryer without a mirror.
