Bathrooms not handicapped ftiendly

Rooms with high tubs preclude shower by handicapped guests. No help from frint desk. Shrugging shoulders. If you have any mobility problem.do not go there as you will not be able to take shower safely. Staff also was not attentive and very indifferent to my request to help.accomodate my parents' bathroom needs.

A nice hotel at seaside Gdynia

This is not a luxurious hotel from the outside but you can expect fantastic service. The rooms are OK, nothing special. However, the breakfast selection was the greatest I ever had with regular food, but also lots of Polish specialties. The hotel has a pool, sauna and massage service. Very close to the seaside. The service was great.

Disappointing customer service after a genuine booking oversight/error

Recently booked a stay here to attend the Opener festival, I had an initial booking for 4 days, however I cancelled as I needed to change the booking details. Through cancelling and re-booking, I accidentally booked for June instead of July. I didn't realise this had happened, until I randomly saw a charge on my card statement for a nights worth of accomodation. No explanation, no warning, not even a courtesy welfare check or call. After I emailed to try and rectify this issue, I was advised that no refund could be issued as it had affected their sales and revenue. This was despite the fact they have plenty of sold out weekends to come and being a loyal Gold Accor member. Very disappointing service, especially for something that was a human error and a genuine error and oversight.

No internet !!

Ok but not super. Rooms are ok ..airco is in the room, but seems not to be working..not cooling down . When I was staying thete was no internet in the rooms, only in the main lobby. They didn't tell at check inn. So you reach ypur room and no internet..you have to call or go down. Would have been better if I've been told at check inn. And be honest about it: don't say " perhaps tonight" when you know it wont be working

Styczeń , niedziela . Koncert charytatywny w Teatrze Muzycznym . Brak miejsc parkingowych w okolicy ( to skutek obecnego zarządzania wioską rybacka która udaje miasto ) , zostawiamy samochód na najdroższym parkingu w okolicy czyli parkingu zarządzanym przez Hotel Mercury ( parking nie jest pod samym hotelem tylko z boku ) . Cena 15 pln/godzinę . Parking nie odśnieżony , błoto z lodem . Jedyna nowa rzecz to szlaban z kasą parkingową . Po koncercie akurat minęło 4 godziny cena parkingu wyświetlała się już 75 PLN . Stała duża grupa Gości koncertu - większość spoza Gdyni i próbowała zapłacić . Komunikat - tylko gotówka !!!! Bieg przez błoto i śnieg do najbliższego bankomatu po gotówkę przez znaczną część parkujących . Żenada !!!!! Na szczęście nie musimy do tego zapyziałego miasta ( Cash only) przyjeżdżać częściej . Komplementy pod adresem "wiejskiej gdyni" od czekających na parkingu - bezcenne . Jeżeli w hotelu tak jak na parkingu - to współczuję gościom hotelowym :)

Uprzejmie informujemy, że parking stanowi element pobytu Gości nocujących w hotelu, nie zaś główny obszar naszej działalności, stąd odpowiednio wyższa cena względem regularnej dla Gości. W dniu, w którym korzystał Pan z niego nie mogliśmy zapewnić obsługi technicznej do odśnieżania jego powierzchni, co stało się z przyczyn losowych. Podobnie jeśli chodzi o płatność - pragniemy zapewnić Pana, że nie było to naszą wolą, by użytkownicy byli zmuszeni płacić w recepcji. Obecnie system został w całości wymieniony na nowy, co pozwala na uniknięcie podobnych sytuacji. Proces ten trwał wiele tygodni i pochłonął wiele starań, wszystko po to, by zapewnić większy komfort wszystkim korzystającym z parkingu. Przepraszamy za niedogodności.
