Kudos to all service staff at Food Exchange (2nd floor) is very courteous and accommodating in meeting our meeting room requirements. They’d shown great patience and warmth and sincerity in service at all times. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Well appointed hotel in the business district away from the noise and chaos of the Old Quarter... Beautifully appointed room, slightly aging but comfortable and luxurious.... Great breakfast with live options for eggs and noodle dishes cooked to your liking.... They have a Saeco fully automated coffee machine but the coffee is extremely bitter and not to my liking😥.. Doubled glazing means the only noise is the aircon but that can't be helped... All in all a very comfortable stay 😍

We had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Suites, Hanoi, for three days. The location, while quieter and less bustling than the Old Quarters, offers a peaceful alternative if you prefer a more relaxed and less crowded setting. The property itself is well-situated with decent infrastructure. However, we did encounter some communication challenges with the front desk, as their proficiency in English was limited. This led to some difficulties in managing our expectations and the hotel’s commitments. Thankfully, Mr. Thuy, the Front Desk Manager, stepped in and resolved the situation efficiently. His dedication and customer-centric approach went above and beyond our expectations, making our stay much more enjoyable. Mr. Thuy is truly an asset to the hotel. I highly recommend this property, largely due to Mr. Thuy's exceptional service. Suggestion: The hotel could consider offering more continental or Indian cuisine options to better cater to international travelers, who may find it challenging to adapt to an entirely Oriental menu.

Used to stay here as old office was nearby. Decided to stay here again, as it is near to eateries, mall and my colleague’s apartment. Room is spacious, with nice view (higher floor), comfortable bed and a good breakfast spread. Plus point is, most guests are business guest, with some family guests. No big noisy tour group. 👍

My recent experience at the Novotel Suites Hanoi was wonderful, surpassing my expectations with its comfortable amenities, convenient services, and efficient staff. The hotel's proximity to numerous corporate offices greatly facilitated my work-related travel. The room allocated to me was contemporary, well-furnished, clean, and generously proportioned. Although a larger desk would have been preferable, but this was a minor issue. The breakfast selection was splendid, offering a variety of options. An added advantage was the tranquil atmosphere maintained throughout my visit. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, contributing to a welcoming environment. In summary, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable and met all my needs.
