Great stay at Fuzhou Pullman

Near to Airport bus Kempinski/Taihe stop, 3mins walk to Zhuyu subway station. Opposite to Taihe mall with many food options. Lots of food available outside the mall as well. Access to Executive lounge with simple lunch and dinner, afternoon tea is available. Fruit platter provided during check in and hotel send green bean soup and cookies every night. Only complaint I had is the sliding door to the bed room is difficult to open!

China Highlights booked our hotel Pullman Fuzhou Tahoe. Jackie picked us up from airport, although we only met him for brief time, he was fluent in English and very experienced guide, massive knowledge base and was such a great guy. Not alot of English spoken in the hotel , however very accomodating and just use phone interpreter. Hotel well situated and central. Staff fabulous and all over China we found exceptional care and staff want to look after you, beautiful and safe country to visit.

My recent stay at Pullman was really good. I was greeted with genuine warmth by the reception staff. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. I also booked a room for my friend, and the staff thoughtfully arranged near to my room. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. With a shopping mall just steps away and a vibrant food street nearby (though I didn’t get to explore it this time), convenience was at its best. Overall, every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Pullman has certainly earned my loyalty, and I can’t wait to return for another visit in Fuzhou!

Hotel was mavellous. Even though rated 4 stars, I would give it 5 stars. The check in process was smooth. Agnes the lady who help us in the check-in was very helpful and even upgraded one of my rooms. Service was prompt and excellent. We were a group of family and had three club rooms booked. Service in the club lounge was also very good with a good selection of spirits and drinks. I would recommend the club rooms. Big and spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is very near the subway only a five min walk away. There is also a large shopping mall across the road.

A friend and I recently spent 3 nights in a hotel within 3 mins walk from the Pullman Fuzhou Tahoe! Due to our language barrier in the hotel we were booked in , we spent most of our time at the Pullman where the staff went out of their way to look after us! We dined at their lobster buffet and had dinner at their Chinese restaurant as well as high tea in their bar. The bar manager in particular was extremely helpful and very patient with our endless questions. Brilliant Service. Would not hesitate to stay here if I ever found myself in Fuzhou again! Thanks Pullman hotel staff!
