Wonderful stay

Hotel was mavellous. Even though rated 4 stars, I would give it 5 stars. The check in process was smooth. Agnes the lady who help us in the check-in was very helpful and even upgraded one of my rooms. Service was prompt and excellent. We were a group of family and had three club rooms booked. Service in the club lounge was also very good with a good selection of spirits and drinks. I would recommend the club rooms. Big and spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is very near the subway only a five min walk away. There is also a large shopping mall across the road.

A friend and I recently spent 3 nights in a hotel within 3 mins walk from the Pullman Fuzhou Tahoe! Due to our language barrier in the hotel we were booked in , we spent most of our time at the Pullman where the staff went out of their way to look after us! We dined at their lobster buffet and had dinner at their Chinese restaurant as well as high tea in their bar. The bar manager in particular was extremely helpful and very patient with our endless questions. Brilliant Service. Would not hesitate to stay here if I ever found myself in Fuzhou again! Thanks Pullman hotel staff!

A culinary experience with Tendi

I have stayed at other hotels in Fuzhou but after my recent stay at the The Pullman Tahoe I don’t go anywhere else now. It was excellent overall but I want to write about the food experience. The head chef Tendi Fan, really went out of his way to make me feel like family. He runs a fantastic restaurant with amazing food, lots of variation and creative approach to integrating both local culture and surrounding asian influences. In the two weeks I stayed there I got to know him personally, as well as some of his staff, and we even got a chance to spend time outside of his normal role at the hotel. The highlight of my trip was when Tendi and I made plans to do some cycling on the local mountain. It unfortunately got rained out so he decided to take me to breakfast, to a local outdoor food market where the families make a delicious fusion of Chinese and Vietnamese cuisines (rice noodles, soups, duck, desserts, etc). I felt like I was on one of those cooking shows as we went from station to station trying some of what each family was preparing. And at one spot he talked to the owner and brought me in the kitchen to teach me how to make rice noodles! It was truly an experience I won’t forget. I’m coming back for another stay and I look forward to reconnecting with my friend and brother at the Pullman!

Great hotel with great hospitality from hotel staff

It was our first trip to China, full of anxiety as we were traveling with very young children and elderly. But Pullman chief concierge mr frank jiang personally picked us up from the airport to ensure that we have a smooth transition from airport to hotel. Besides personally came to airport, he packed us some snacks for us to eat (as It was already past dinner time when we arrived) while on the way to the hotel. He had arranged our hotel rooms to be ready so we can check in immediately without delay as the young children and elderly were tired after the flight. His gesture had made the start of this trip a very pleasant one. For the next few days, mr frank and his team make sure all our requested are made to their best of abilities. The hotel rooms are sparkling clean, big and convenient. The hotel is just next to the very big and new mall( Tahoe mall) where there are everything you will need. Hotel breakfast buffet is great too! We would like to commend mr frank jiang and mr Jeremy for their top notch hospitality services rendered to us during our stay in Pullman. We have such a great stay with Pullman and will be back to stay in Pullman next year. 5 stars hotel with 5 star service!! Thumbs up!

The best place to stay in Fuzhou

This hotel offers the most incredible service for every aspect of your stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and stylish, the food is excellent and the gym and pool are gorgeous. The staff was so generous with their time and personally attentive to any questions that I had. They were so helpful assisting me with travel details and additional bookings and made me feel so welcome. As an American woman traveling alone and not fluent in the Chinese language, this hotel was the best choice possible to start my trip. I was able to assimilate, rest, and begin the rest of my trip without any stress. Thank you! If you feel like you want a spa, the Kempinski next door has a very nice spa. I toured the hotel as well but will definitely return to the Pullman for any future stays in Fuzhou
