This is the third times staycation at Novotel Cikini, helpfull staff and warm, good food, many variant in breakfast, there is kids activities on weekend, pool on the 5th floor and we get treat in our special wedding anniversary. Special thanks to GRO and HK team 😍😍

I enjoy the stay in this hotel for 5 days, the hospitality, the food and the staffs are friendly. I talked to Ryan and he is so kind. I have some suggestion to strengthen the wifi in each room, and to fasten the cuttlery. Thank you for the great experience!

Comfortable and modern room. My toddler was very happy staying all day and night at the window to see those trains come and go. Tasty and various breakfast. Also humble and friendly staff, thank you mba dea for your kindness while cleaning my room. Thank you, Novotel. We'll be back next time.

The staffs are vey friendly and helpful, they really extended their services in arranging transport and booking of tickets for places of attraction in Jakarta. Breakfast with good spread of food. Will be the first choice if we visit Jakarta again.

Breakfast is recommended, variative The services are excellent , Pak sehat nya ramah pake banget. Room is comfortable. We got complimentary . Access is near to business hub. Cikini's railway station is near. Bubur ayam cikini is around the corner.
