I was booked here for five nights and drove away without checking in. Nobody on site when I arrived and no answer on the intercom. The cleaning staff ( contracted in ) just let me in without asking if I was staying. Also they leave the back door open so anyone could just walk in. I felt that the hotel unsecured and dangerous as there would be no fire warden on site. I contacted Ibis HQ and they could not get hold of anyone until 4pm. Stay at your own risk. Keep your valuables with you.

Indeed, this day an air conditioning engine broke down and we noticed the failure after you reported it to us. I have been there by taxi, from the airport and I discovered it is in a remote location, the only available restaurant nearby is basically closed most of the days as well as the bus for the city works only on work days, work time, every hour or so. A taxi is needed for dining or seeing the nerby city of Albi. It can be good only for people travelling by own car and directed to the nearby industrial area. Strongly unsuggested for budget tourists!

Good for a Quick Night Stay

Pro: I had been driving all day, and I have visited Albi, this hotel is an inexpensive option and only a 10min drive from Albi. Great for a quick night sleep, and up early to get back on the road to continue driving. Con: When I checked in late at night, my room wasn't ready, so I was given an accessible room. Overall: Next time I think I'd like to stay in Albi, but this hotel is a good budget hotel for a quick stay.
