I like this hotel very much. First of all i like hotel by pictures, but actually hotel is very wonderful than pictures, it like a heaven, too nice green area. Novotel’s staff is amazing, they are too friendly, they always want to help you, always smile you. Their general manager Oreste is very friendly person, I have been in many country’s 5 star hotels, but it first time that I see such kind of professional talented general manager. I like the girl Yen in ocean pool, she is so sweetie girl. The barman from ocean pool prepare very delicious smoothie banana strawberry mix. Many thanks to the girl from kids Nhu Tran. She looked after to my baby, she did beautiful hairstyle for my girl, thank you a lot. The girl from reception Trang Lao was very friendly and gave a gift pencils to my baby. Sorry i could’t remember all names, Breakfast buffet was very tasty, environment was very clean. Thank you one more time.

Nice and clean hotel, but did have more of a corporate feel than a holiday resort. Breakfast would be very busy but then the evenings it would be so quiet with not much going on and hardly any atmosphere or entertainment. Restaurants nearly empty, and not many restaurants nearby. The lighting in the bedroom and bathroom was quite poor and hard to see in the mirror. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variety but very busy. Drinks at the hotel were quite expensive compared to rest of Vietnam. Great hotel for sunsets

This resort was fantastic. From the second we arrived we were given attentive service. Checkin was easy and everything from breakfast to the bars and facilities was all amazing. We stayed in a Deluxe beachfront bungalow with private pool. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Staff were amazing. All friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Massage was to die for. The sunsets were spectacular. The only disappointing part is now being home and wishing I was back there.

Food is amazing and very affordable accompany with wonderful staff. Tran and Tuyen was very friendly and helpful. The taste of food is on point and I have a great dinner here. Definitely will be back anytime soon.
