The staff are very warm welcome, the room clean. Water is hot and stable also not too far from train. Surrounding area is also very good food and near bus stop.

Ok hotel for a short stay or stopover. The staff is ok The room is clean, with a very small bathroom where “lay down” place for stuff is missing. It’s quite well noise insulated. Unfortunately there is no breakfast offered in the hotel. The location was a bit of a surprise… it’s in the red light district. If you want to see highlights one should take a Grab/taxi. So not really central located. Overall. Ok but not a repeater

As our hotel is in the vicinity of some really great food, we would like to offer our guests the flexibility to enjoy different delicacies each morning. As Singapore is a really safe country and soliciting is not allowed in our country, many of our guests have shared in their reviews that they did not feel like they were staying near a red light district. Additionally, our hotel is very well-connected to the city center, airport and attractions via Aljunied (10 mins walk)/Mountbatten (12 mins walk) MRT stations and the bus stops located near our doorsteps. Thank you HK and FO please maintained the cleanliness and approachable staff most especially to the FO on duty during our check out. Highly recommended and budget wise. Given the chance to go back to Singapore I will stay again in this hotel.

Very good budget hotel in quiet local area. Good bus service to Kallang MRT on bus 21 or 26 as advised by an excellent staff member, Benjamin. He was first rate and most helpful to me. Turn left out of hotel, walk 100m to main road. Excellent food on right corner. Bus to Kallang MRT on right. Three stops. Recommended Mountbatten MRT was poor advice. Too far to walk at night due to poor lighting. No taxis or buses at Mountbatten MRT. Grab cost $S11.00 to travel 1.5 km. Rooms at Ibis were very comfy. Beds good and bathroom modern and well drained. Overall, for under $S100 the Ibis offered good value for very expensive Singapore.

I would give this place 3.5 not a bad place at all honestly I would go again but Very nice rooms and great staff , quite spacious. But I found a roach and that was quite unpleasant and also the location is in a red light districting area at night but you can also find great Singapore street food at a affordable price. Honestly book this place if u don’t mind roaches because I only saw you and just take taxis and it will be a great experience
