We had a wonderful stay and got free upgrade to deluxe class family room given by ADM Evelyn. Also, very good service front desk Vincent and Nenny during check-in and greeting with warm smile. Deluxe family room has a wide view and spacious for family, thank you for IBIS Budget Hotel management!

A budget hotel (for Singapore prices) with everything you need for comfortable stay. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable even if not very big.

The staff are very warm welcome, the room clean. Water is hot and stable also not too far from train. Surrounding area is also very good food and near bus stop.

Ok hotel for a short stay or stopover. The staff is ok The room is clean, with a very small bathroom where “lay down” place for stuff is missing. It’s quite well noise insulated. Unfortunately there is no breakfast offered in the hotel. The location was a bit of a surprise… it’s in the red light district. If you want to see highlights one should take a Grab/taxi. So not really central located. Overall. Ok but not a repeater

As our hotel is in the vicinity of some really great food, we would like to offer our guests the flexibility to enjoy different delicacies each morning. As Singapore is a really safe country and soliciting is not allowed in our country, many of our guests have shared in their reviews that they did not feel like they were staying near a red light district. Additionally, our hotel is very well-connected to the city center, airport and attractions via Aljunied (10 mins walk)/Mountbatten (12 mins walk) MRT stations and the bus stops located near our doorsteps. Thank you HK and FO please maintained the cleanliness and approachable staff most especially to the FO on duty during our check out. Highly recommended and budget wise. Given the chance to go back to Singapore I will stay again in this hotel.
