Dear Tonino, We are sorry to hear that the services offered by our pet-friendly establishment have had an impact on your stay with us. Our establishment is currently renovating all of its rooms and common areas in order to improve the comfort of our guests. As a Green Key hotel, we don't advocate waste, and some of our amenities are available directly from reception on request, as in most Green Key hotels. We fully comply with Mercure criteria, whether in Germany or anywhere else in the world, and offer the same hospitality products. Pets are allowed in the hotel's public areas, but under no circumstances do pets interfere with breakfast meals, and our staff are happy to point this out to their owners.
