Just returned after a three night stay with my daughter and although I had read previous reviews I always like to make my own decision. Friday morning two cleaners knocked on the door I answered it and said it was fine having just arrived the night before. My daughter was ill so I left the room and put a do not disturb sign on the door handle the cleaners saw me leave .30 minutes later a man entered our room surprised there was someone there and he was told we had already told them we wanted nothing. This morning when we were leaving the man in reception told us we were due them €20 for the price of the room , he was told we had paid our room fully had paid our tax so we were due them nothing He didn’t argue it was as if he had chanced his hand and failed. Don’t trust this hotel it just feels dodgy.

This was actually a very nice hotel, and the location was quiet, and peaceful. The room was quite small but very warm on a cold winter day, which we loved. You do have to pay a tariff when checking in but it's only 35e. Staff were very friendly. Did read past reviews about belongings and money going missing from your room when your sightseeing, but this never happened to us. We never left such things in our room, we carried them instead. The selection for breakfast was okay. If you didn't choose to have a breakfast with your hotel deal, you do need to pay for it. It cost us 27e for two for breakfast. If you travel to Alésia Maine which is a 9 min walk from this hotel, you can get the bus number 92 Porte de Champerret to Bosque Saint Dominique, your only 10 min walk away from the eiffel tower and the Seine River Cruise. To get back to Alésia you just need to take the bus 92 Porte D'Orleans. To get to the Louvre, you take the (which is located on Alésia Maine) metro 4 Port de Clignancourt to Chatelet, this is the 12th stop. The ticket is 2.50. Again, your a 10 min walk from the Louvre.

This is a great hotel located in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and attractions. Rooms are rather small, although we were able to fit all our clothing and belongings in the dresser and desktop. We stored our luggage underneath our bed to free some space to pass through. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful, they were attentive to all our needs. And breakfast is exceptionally delicious with many options to choose from. I highly recommend this place to all travelers!

DO NOT STAY HERE! THIEVES AT THIS HOTEL WITH HOUSEKEEPER STEALING MONEY FROM MY HOTEL ROOM. oh not to mention the hotel rooms do not have a lock safe/security box in their rooms…pretty sure it’s not a coincidence and the hotel manager is on the housekeepers stealing from guests. Stay somewhere else and save yourself the hassle

Our safety boxes are available at the Front Office as in France in 3 stars hotel it is not mandatory to get this service in every rooms. It is also not an Ibis service. As we invited you after checking your lock and what happened on that day with our safety cameras, you have the possibility to address your complaint to the police station of the XIV Arrondissement as our hotel can not be hold responsible for money loss. We will support you. We understand your disappointment. However anathema ad hominem is similar to defamation. Would not recommend this hotel. Every night there is a smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms and by the morning this was gone. The only way to get rid of the smell was to keep your window open but when it’s cold, raining and noisy outside this is not easy to do in the night. The rooms are not overly sound proof and you hear a lot of banging of doors around the hotel throughout the night, I did not find the staff overly friendly or helpful either.

Although we feel it strange as all our hotel is non smoking. Even more our alarm detection should start when it happens. The team is also trained to step in action if certain guests bother the others during the night. they call them and knock at the door if necessary to stop the noise.
