Design economy hotel, open to creative minds

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood between Susukino, famous for its dining and entertainment, and Nakajima Park. It features spacious rooms of at least 30 m², which feature designs bursting with color - perfect for both leisure and business. Each room includes wide beds, 130cm for Twin beds and 180cm for King beds, for maximum comfort. The hotel serves a full Japanese and Western breakfast buffet featuring the freshest local ingredients.

We would like to inform you that, form 1st January 2026, our hotel has decided to change from 14:00 to 15:00 our check-in time. We sincerely apologize to all of our loyal customers for any inconvenience that this may cause, but we hope to provide you with even greater satisfaction by allowing a longer window to prepare your rooms. We will strive to provide the best possible service, so we truly appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Stayed here for a week and it was perfect. The room is spacious, staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast is amazing. The location is great - very close to Nakajima Park, the metro and there’s a Lawson connected to the hotel. It is within walking distance to Susukino and Odori Park. Loved every minute of our stay and totally recommend this hotel.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. But room is too warm, , temperature control not effective and with little ventilation even with windows open, making stay uncomfortable. We suggest hotel to lower the room temperature or at least provide a fan for extra ventilation in the room.

I really wanted to give this review a 5 star as it was priced reasonably, great location, room was big. There’s Lawson downstairs & 7/11 down the road. Train station is walking distance & only one stop from Susukino. Staff were friendly & housekeeping does a bloody good job keep the room clean & tidy. However we couldn’t really adjust the A/C temp in the room to something comfortable. We sometimes had to open the window to cool the room & we visited Sapporo in January! Average temp was -3 degrees! The bed was decent size but mattress was hard & the pillows were duck feather pillows but it was thin. They have a laundry room which is convenient but the washing machine size was only 5kg & dryer took a while as you couldn’t change the heat setting. Yes…you get what you pay, just sharing my experience 🫰🏾
