Escolhemos Ibis, pois sabemos o que esperar, entretanto, foi uma estadia caótica, com medo de adquirir doenças pela condição das acomodações: Travesseiros embolados, lençóis com bolinhas e furos, quarto sujo e cheio de mofo por todos os cantos, na exaustão, como se vê na foto anexada, tem tanta sujeira, que desce pelas aberturas. Atendimento da recepção é gentil e educado.

Diversos problemas com a estadia.

Ficamos hospedados no primeiro final de semana de janeiro e levamos 1 hora para conseguir fazer check-in no hotel, só tinha 1 único recepcionista e no check in ele colocou a gente no apartamento 462, na qual esse apartamento estava sem toalhas no quarto, sem sabonete, sem rolo de papel higiênico, colcha manchada e a porta não fechava, entretanto voltamos a recepcao e solicitamos a troca de apartamento e ficamos no apartamento 370, esse quarto estava sem colcha de cama, cortina suja e furada e parede com mofo. A noite solicitei um secador de cabelo emprestado e simplesmente o secador que entregaram estava queimado e não funcionava e não tinha outro para substituir, por estarem ocupados e não fazerem o controle de devolução corretamente. Não tem telefone nos quartos, a comunicação com a recepção é péssima.

Budget by name but not by price

From entering the hotel it has a modern clean reception area. We stayed in the second building classed as level 3. The room was compact but modern and was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The whole floor wasn’t very sound proof. The walls were paper thin. So you could hear your neighbours talking etc... and people returning from nights out at 2am. The hotel advertises complimentary Wi-fi but it didn’t pick up in our room. If you like big breakfasts then you’ll disappointed here. But they do have a nice selection of cakes and bread. This hotel is great for somewhere to sleep and shower with basic comforts. But the price we paid was definitely not budget. For an ibis I would of expected it to be a little more English language friendly. There was no local information in English and all signs were in Portuguese only.

High humidity in the room

The high humidity in the room wet a briefcase. It seemed like the problem was on the wall where the second single bed was leaning. We only stayed one night, but my wife is allergic and humidity has become an acute problem.

Bad experience, bad smell, litlle room, cleanless, bad bed. I probably would not recomend this Ibis. The oposite I will related for everbody the poor service and poor acomodation. Unless the reception was good, the person in charge was very kindly and tried to help me but was not a person at midnight to help me with the room cleaning.
