The hotel is well located with lots of reasonably priced restaurants, 3 min walk supermarket, and within walking distance to some attractions. Rooms were generally clean and simple. The staff were friendly and helpful (room services, reception, breakfast place) The only thing that bothers me is the flies at breakfast. I hope the hotel can do something about it.

I always book at this hotel because it's close to the metro and also, I always get the best treatment. The staff is excellent and kind. For some reason I always meet mister Popescu at the reception, and he goes above and beyond to accommodate me in the best possible way. Highly recommended!

Come on holiday and stayed here for my Daugher's 21st Birthday from Friday 13th-15th Sept. Good customer service ESPECIALLY Popescu he is FANTASTIC has a LOVELY SOUL, an asset to the hotel. He is so willing to help, he went above and beyond to make sure I was doing ok and helped me greatly. Im forever grateful he should get an employer awards for his service as he is GREAT person and passionate about his job to make sure we as visitors are doing well. Thank you sooo much again, we will be back again. Looking forward to know I will be in a safe place and knowing I will be respected. All the best, continue to shine bright and look after yourself.

I stayed here for three nights in August 2024. The hotel is well located in the centre of the city, just a few minutes from one of the main shopping streets (Calea Victoriei) and a walk of about 10-15 minutes to the old town where there are plenty of restaurants. By Uber it was about 25 minutes to/from the airport. The room was comfortable with the usual amenities (but it took a while to work out how to use the coffee machine!). The wifi worked well and the TV had over 100 channels. The breakfast was what one would expect, ie a good mixture of hot and cold food. The only criticism that I have is that there were only two coffee machines in the breakfast area and they worked extremely slowly. On the first morning there was a long queue of people wanting to get their coffee. The hotel ought to work on improving this. Would I stay here again? Probably yes, although I would first look to see if there were other hotels available a few blocks closer to the old town area.
