Dear Mr. Florin V, Thank you for choosing to accommodate with us for your stay in Bucharest and especially for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am very sorry to hear that your check-in experience did not meet your expectations and for any frustration this caused, leading to your reservation cancellation. Following your message, I spoke personally with my colleague at Reception who was on duty at the time. After reviewing the situation and discussing the details of the check-in process, I understand that your assigned room — a larger room type — was indeed, not ready for you upon your arrival. Unfortunately, as this was a specific room category that could not be substituted earlier, it was not possible to provide it before the official check-in time. That said, I completely understand how the situation and communication around it may have been disappointing. Please be assured that we do check-in upon arrival in 100% of the cases, given that the rooms are cleaned and inspected. Your comments have been shared with the team, and we will use this feedback to reinforce both our service standards and the way we communicate with our guests, especially during busy check-in times. Our team is dedicated to providing warm, efficient, and professional service to every guest, and I am extremely sorry that we did not convey that commitment clearly during your visit.
