Just wanted to commend Valentina on her fantastic customer service at the Paris-Bucharest Brasserie. She is a complete asset to your company. She is both warm and friendly providing an extremely professional service. I would highly recommend this restaurant for varity and choice too!

The hotel is very well situated between the airport and the old town - the staff are very helpful especially Felicia who manages the restaurant/ bar area - she was very attentive indeed. Taxi to from old town are very reasonable but make sure to use Uber or Bolt.

I took my dad for a short break to Bucharest after a super busy Christmas and New year with the in-laws. We stayed at the Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center and we had a brilliant time. Our check-in was smooth and easy thanks to assistance afforded to us by the very helpful and knowledgeable Ciprian on the front desk. Thanks Ciprian. We had a room only deal so in the morning we had to pay extra for our breakfast; and it was well worth the money. From the freshly cut and prepared crispy lettuce, to the perfectly cook boiled eggs, to the succulent sausage and bacon, the quality and variety of food on offer was fantastic. Roxanna in the breakfast room was very helpful and most engaging. Thanks Roxanna in looking after us. We did not try the resident stakehouse inside the Pullman as we ate out most nights in the old town as there is a regular and frequent bus (bus number 100) with a bus stop which takes just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. This bus takes you in half an hour straight into the heart of town center, and the historic old town, as well as the world famous parliament building, were just a short stroll from there. On the last day we also took bus No. 100 in 20 mins into the main Bucharest OTP airport terminal for our return flight home. We used our UK tap and go credit card onbaord the bus and each trip came to something like 50 pence per person per trip! Excellent value. This bus was a god send to travelers like us as we got seriously ripped off on our first day upon arrival at the OTP airport terminal by the local taxi for a short trip to the Pullman hotel. Looking back we had a wonderful visit to Romania (our first trip) and local Romanians were super hospitable, polite and very helpful. We would have no hesitation to pay Bucharest another visit in the future and with that another stay at the Pullman.

The hotel is well positioned ,, staff very kind starting from the reception till the cleaning ladies , Aura was very careful , rooms were very clean and the breakfast amazing. I will recommend to all my friends. The bar service was good this time too
