Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Could get busy with bus loads of travelers and tourists. But they handled it well. Our room was spacious and well-maintained. Air-conditioning was easy to regulate. Although hotel is on main street, quiet at night. Buffet breakfast outstanding.

The only standout feature of this hotel is its location other than that is considered a 3 or even two stars hotel! The staff is totally indifferent towards any concern you raise . YOU CAN STILL TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEM YOU HAVE FOR MILLION MORE TIMES BUT THEY CAN’T DO anything to help. Totally Unhelpful staff. Breakfast wasn’t fresh and the staff on the breakfast entrance was so unhelpful. Breakfast felt like a factory full of people and so noisy!!!!! The rooms are so small and inconvenient, beds aren’t comfortable.

I was in this hotel last time before Covid. Good location. Rooms are small and planning with shower cabin and bath together looks stupid. I prefer all bath and toilet utilities together. Door from glass looks to the bad.So if you are in bathroom,no slerp.very strange. Breakfast mefium.It was much better

I had a delightful breakfast at the Novotel Bucharest City Centre, where the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The variety of food options was impressive, with fresh pastries, a range of hot dishes, and plenty of choices for both sweet and savory tastes. A special highlight was the mulled non-alcoholic wine, which added a cozy, festive touch to the meal. I want to give a special thanks to Andreea and Bianca, who served the drink with such care and made sure we had everything we needed to start our day in the best possible way. Overall, the service was top-notch, the food delicious, and the ambiance perfect for a relaxing breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Bucharest!

Before I was vomiting I would have given a poor review. Maid came when we was in the room..even tho given many options when we was out. When finally did come- did not clean bin. Basic room for money Breakfast was good. Smoked salmon..sparkling wine...nice bread etc Last night I was violently sick..it went everywhere..and to be fair they did gave me another room. Thank you! In terms of visiting Bucharest- I wouldn't go back!
