We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and everything was perfect, so calm and relaxing! The staff was super nice and helpful. Food (for breakfast but also lunch) was good too! You need a 10/15 min walk to go to the night market but the hotel can arrange a tuk-tuk for you and there is also a free shuttle at night going to the center! We also enjoyed the spa! We obviously recommand to stay there and if we ever come back to LPB, we will come back at Sofitel!

Such a beautiful place and amazing stay. Great accommodation, spacious rooms, lots of bunnies, amazing service, and the friendliest staff (Le is super awesome)! Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Laos. This hotel is a perfect mixture of historic yet modern, clean, and tropical. It really is the whole package!

We were two couples visiting VIetnam, Cambodia & Laos over a two and half week period. We stayed in really nice hotels but the Sofitel in Luang Prabang was awesome. Such a peaceful and serene location even though it is close to the city. The staff and manager (Andrew) were so friendly and helpful, we highly recommend this hotel

We had the most amazing hospitality from the staff Te and Leng welcomed us so kindly and provided the best service. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Even the gardeners are so welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay thanks to the staff and their hospitality. There are bunnies hopping around the property. The professionalism of the staff is excellent. We had the best stay!
