Amazing property. From the minute we arrived we were looked after. The staff were amazing and you can tell they took pride in their work. Big shout out to Lang, Te, Vard, Noudny, and Ning for their help during our stay. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Anything you needed during the stay they took care of it for you. Would recommend this Sofitel to anyone who wants a little slice of heaven while in Luang Prabang.

We recently stayed at the Sofitel Luang Prabang and had a pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive, with Mr. Te making sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere was calm, quiet and relaxing. Our kids loved the greeneries of the Hotel and had a great time with the rabbits.

Superb hotel, made out from an architectural heritage compound. Friendliness and professionalism of the service team led by VAENKHAM Somsavard cannot be overated. The rooms are simultaneouly luxurious and respectful of the original french colonial architecture. The black lined swimming pool is very inviting and calm.
