Great location with very nice and friendly staffs. The hotel is small but located in the central off Luangprabang and very clean. Our room is in first floor with nice view to the street. We was welcomed by a young guide, his name is Bird and he help us to rent car for our tour, others are Linda and Pookie also very nice and friendly. The hotel has bicycles and you can ride around streets, recommend in the early morning We had very pleasant stay here!

After originally booking for three nights, because we liked the hotel and location so much, we extended our stay by a further three nights. All the staff were welcoming, helpful and professional. Special thanks to Pookie Bird and to Nouy Linda. Early on during our stay, there was a problem with our room, but the issue was resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The location is excellent, as are the buildings, the terrace and the garden. Although slightly limited for vegans/vegetarians, there is sufficient choice at breakfast, and the food, including Laos dishes, is first class. The bed was very comfortable.

8月底住了3晚，我的房间号是1，豪华大床房，就在一楼右转。这家美憬阁就位于市中心，是一幢木质古建筑，装修非常有质感和品味，淡淡的香味弥漫整家酒店，一共15间客房，大概是最小的美憬阁。我是为了参加早晨的布施来住的，事实证明，这是非常明智的选择， * 5点半-6点左右，大批僧侣会经过酒店门口。如果要参加的话，需要提前跟前台说，价格是30.25USD，会提供当地的披肩 + 一大桶糯米饭 + 花串 + 祈福水 + 帮忙拍照。配合酒店梦幻的门厅，照片确实非常好看。 * 我的房间不大，有个小院子，看看书发发呆很不错。因为整个建筑都是木质的，所以经常会听到嘎吱嘎吱的声音，也很有趣。房间天然很凉，即使不开空调也很舒适。大床很大很软很舒服，应该是2张床垫拼起来的。房间有很不错的蚊帐，住了三天完全没遇到蚊虫。酒店有浴袍、牙具和润肤露等，润肤露味道很好闻。 * 早餐是单点的，可选的其实不是很多，但是都很好吃。非常推荐试下粥（congee）和甜品，这家的布朗尼甜品意外的很好吃。 * 酒店没有泳池和健身房，需要使用的话可以搭免费的接驳车去旁边的sofitel，大概10分钟到。索菲特的健身房没什么人用，有2台跑步机 + 各种哑铃 + 胸推机 + 动感单车 + 瑜伽垫 + 瑜伽球，非常干净味道也很好闻。 * 酒店的服务人员，特别热情的Pookie女士给了我很多有用的建议，她甚至把头上的簪花送给了我。在她的建议下，我在附近的店铺买了很漂亮的老挝服装，穿着去参加布施。 * 服务生的态度都很好，我记得Fran和另一位帮我拍照的小哥，每次都笑眯眯地询问我的体验。还有前台的Linda，在离店时帮我叫到了突突车。真的非常感谢大家。 ** 如果要说缺点的话，酒店对面巷子应该是有个酒吧，早上/晚上的音乐声音会比较大，睡眠浅的人慎重选择1号房间。可能靠后的房间会更安静一点。 ------------------------------------------English version --------------------------------------- I stayed for 3 nights at the end of August. My room number was 1(Kingsize Room). Turn right on the first floor. This MGallery is located in the city center. It is an old wooden building with very textured and tasteful decoration. A faint fragrance permeates the entire hotel. There are 15 rooms in total, which is probably the smallest MGallery. I stayed here to participate in the morning alms, and it turned out to be a very wise choice. * Around 5:30-6:00, a large number of monks will pass by the hotel entrance. If you want to participate, you need to tell the front desk in advance. The price is 30.25USD, and they will provide local shawls + a large bucket of sticky rice + flower strings + blessing water + help taking photos. With the hotel's dreamy lobby, the photos are really beautiful. * My room is not big, with a small courtyard. It's nice to read a book or just chill. Because the whole building is made of wood, you can often hear creaking sounds, which is also very interesting. The room is naturally cool and comfortable even without air conditioning. The big bed is big, soft and comfortable. It should be 2 mattresses put together. The room has a very good mosquito net, and I didn't encounter mosquitoes at all during my three-day stay. The hotel has bathrobes, toothbrushes, and body lotion, and the body lotion smells very good. * Breakfast is a la carte, and there are not many options, but they are all delicious. I highly recommend trying the porridge (congee) and desserts. The brownie desserts here are surprisingly delicious. * The hotel does not have a swimming pool or a gym. If you need to use them, you can take a free shuttle bus to the nearby Sofitel, which takes about 10 minutes. The gym in Sofitel is not used by many people. There are 2 treadmills + various dumbbells + chest press machine + spinning bike + yoga mat + yoga ball. It is very clean and smells good. * The hotel's service staff, the particularly enthusiastic Ms. Pookie, gave me a lot of useful suggestions. She even gave me the hairpin on her head. At her suggestion, I bought very beautiful Laotian clothes in a nearby store and wore them to participate in the alms giving ceremony. * The attitude of the waiters is very good. I remember Fran and another guy who took pictures for me always asked about my experience with a smile. And Linda at the front desk helped me get a tuk-tuk when I checked out. Thank you all very much. ** If there is a downside, there should be a bar in the alley opposite the hotel, and the music is loud in the morning/evening. People with light sleep should carefully choose room 1. Maybe the rooms at the back will be quieter.

We had a lovely stay in the 3 Nagas where Nouy, Pookie, Bird, Linda and all the team made us feel very welcome and at home. The heritage buildings that the hotel is located in are nicely restored and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Definitely a worthwhile stay.
