I had a truly satisfying stay at Ibis Pontianak City Centre. The booking and rescheduling system was seamless and very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout my visit. The room ambience was comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to unwind. What I appreciated most was the hotel’s prime location—just steps away from the city centre, which made exploring Pontianak effortless.
