very comfortable hotel to stay in pontianak. staff were very friendly and helpful.. location was also strategic and very easy to go shopping and buy some groceries

came here for attending my best friend’s wedding , just a short stay one night but memorable for me , thankyou Meisy and team for a very warm welcome and assistance during my stay.. the breakfast also nice.. will definately come back again if i have the chance to visit pontianak again

Not the Accor Hotel You Should Stay at in Pontianak

Sad to see this hotel in such decline. The whole place stinks of cigarettes, the rooms are dark and dated and filled with broken doors and bathroom sinks, with dirty windows. The gym is filled with broken equipment. Staff are nice but need training on Accor loyalty tier inclusions, had to beg for mine multiple times.

breakfast was good... love the location which near to the mall and also it has jogging track. room was quite clean and view was good
