Staying at Hotel Ibis Pontianak was our first stay because we travelled for our documenter, first impression when we arrived there is the staff in front liner (receptionist) that they were smiling at us and we felt so welcome, check in faster and our room was comfortable, clean, AC was cold, Television, free wifi to use for work, also private bathroom with complete amenities. when we were going to restaurant, staff there also very nice, food for breakfast was varieties and for me it's delicious, staff like sisilia company me and my husband and asking us about our experience,she was nice (her English also good) and asking details questions and for me it's like caring and we really appreciate it. i just want to say that make sure your rooms already booked include breakfast or if isn't you can request while you are check in at reception because it's cheaper than you pay down at restaurant. Overall we really satisfied while staying there.

Kejadian parkir yg tidak menyenangkan, diperlakukan tidak sopan dan harus pindahkan mobil karena ada tamu vip pejabat yg hadir. Bahkan harus parkir diluar gedung hotel. Seharusnya pihak hotel tidak boleh ada diskriminasi. Karena kami juga pelanggan dan bayar utk menginap.

the pillows are very comfortable and clean. The mattress is also soft so your rest is calm and undisturbed. the bathroom is very clean, the shower also functions well..... In the future I will choose this hotel again to stay...............

STAYING AT THE IBIS PONTIANAK WAS OUR FIRST INTRODUCTION TO KALIMANTAN. WE RECEIVED A WARM FRIENDLY WELCOME FROM THE RECEPTION STAFF AND A FAST AND EFFICIENT CHECK IN. OUR ROOM AND AMENITIES WERE EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED WHEN BOOKING. OUR BED WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. THE IBIS IS IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION. CLOSE TO THE SHOPPING MALL WHICH ALSO HAS A HYPERMARKET. IT IS ALSO NEXT TO THE MUSEUM WHICH IS WORTH A VISIT. WE HAD A WONDERFUL VIEW FROM OUR WINDOW OF THE MAIN ROAD TO THE CITY CENTRE WHICH IS BEAUTIFULLY LANDSCAPED WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF TROPICAL PLANTS A BICYCLE TRACK AND WHICH IS USED FOR EXERCISING BY LOCALS IN THE MORNINGS AND EVENINGS. VERY PLEASANT TO STROLL ALONG . UNFORTUNATELY HOWEVER IT CAN BE QUITE CHALLENGING TO CROSS THE ROAD DUE TO THE VIRTUALLY NON STOP TRAFFIC. THE BREAKFAST AT THE IBIS WAS VERY GOOD. LOTS OF VARIETIES OF FOODS TO SUIT BOTH INDONESIAN AND WESTERN TASTES. SOME DISHES WERE FRESHLY COOKED FOR YOU ON REQUEST. THE RESTAURANT WAS TASTEFULLY DECORATED AND ENJOYED A RELAXED AMBIENCE. THERE IS ALSO A SMALL LOUNGE AND BAR TO ENJOY DRINKS. ROOM SERVICE IS ALSO AVAILABLE. IF YOUR ROOM BOOKED DID NOT HAVE A BREAKFAST OPTION LIKE OURS. NOTE THAT IT IS CHEAPER TO PAY FOR BREAKFAST AT RECEPTION THAN TO PAY DOWN AT THE RESTAURANT. ALL STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY . ALL THIS MADE FOR AN EXTREMELY ENJOYABLE STAY.
