I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Pontianak City Centre. The process of booking and adjusting my reservation was smooth and hassle-free, which made things very convenient. The team at the hotel stood out for their warmth and friendliness, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. The room itself offered a cozy and calming environment, perfect for unwinding after a day out. What impressed me most was the hotel’s excellent location—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to explore Pontianak. I had a truly satisfying stay at Ibis Pontianak City Centre. The booking and rescheduling system was seamless and very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout my visit. The room ambience was comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to unwind. What I appreciated most was the hotel’s prime location—just steps away from the city centre, which made exploring Pontianak effortless.
