Nice hotel, we have a good trip staying this hotel. The food is good, staff friendly and supportive. The massage is wonderful, I like Noi to massage for me she is good skill and professional. Recommend this hotel for who want to come Hua Hin. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

We had our wedding planned at this hotel which went really well due to our event planner Monique Events.The rooms at hotel were spacious and beautiful however room service was poor.They would clean sheets but would leave dirty dishes each day and this happened to many of our guests. We hosted buffet for our guests and food was delicious.However,it was horrible to not allow vendor to eat dinner after we all ate.The management charged same rate as us for vendors when we had plenty of food left and also that wasnt finished by anyone.i was told refills were done however it is entirely incorrect as we had no food during cocktail/sangeet Party and no refills were done.Many of our guests didnt get food YET we were charged for full numbers.6 pieces of quesadillas were sent to room for us and that was it.SO NO REFILLS,fully Charged and Absolutely RUDE to not allow dinner for 4 of our photographers. Also,they have disabled reviews on google for obvious reasons.if not for Monique events,we would have struggled during the wedding.

Such great experience here at Sofitel HuaHin. Kids had a blast at the swimming pool, Kid club and parents enjoyed nice cocktails. We loved how there were so many activities to choose. Bikes, mini golf, pickleball, basketball etc. Also, a private beach!

Terrible experience with the loud party

I’m writing here to complain about my terrible experience staying here tonight, 8 Nov 2024. It’s such a shame. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are lovely, and the staff is friendly and attentive. But I’m deeply disappointed that the hotel allowed a very loud party, with music and screaming, disturbing guests who came here to relax. It feels unfair, and I sense a lack of sincerity and selfishness from the hotel, as they should have informed guests beforehand, giving them a choice not to come. Or, they should have closed the hotel for the party. Too bad it could’t post the video here. They were taken “in the room” so you can see the noise is too loud to sleep and i feel so frustrated. Really disappointing.

The perfect relaxing getaway with exceptional hospitality.

The service throughout our stay was outstanding, particularly the reception and restaurant staff, who made us feel so welcome. The breakfast spread was abundant, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The restaurant manager went out of their way to make my kids feel special, adding a personal touch that made our experience even more enjoyable. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish.
