Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Nouy and her team Linda Ning and Pookie took good care of us. We were a group of 8 friends and cannot stop talking about this. The rooms were clean and cozy. The restaurant had a great carte. The breakfast was plenty. The happy hour across the street with music was also great

Nouy, Ning, Linda and Pookie are very attentive to their guests and very kind. The property is in two old buildings where the old wood floors tend to "squeak" about their years of use, but it is quite charming. Shutters cover the windows at night to reduce noise and add some insulation. Breakfast is large and leisurely. In fact, everyone and everything in Laos is pretty slow and easy. It was pretty hot while we visited so it was lovely to drop back into our room to escape the heat and have a rest.

Very kind and attentive staff, including Ning, Nouy, Linda, and Pookie. Always available and offering to help. Good food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms are homey and comfortable. The floors are a bit squeaky but it's an old building, not much to do about that. Overall a fantastic hotel.

We enjoyed very much our 3 nights stay as part of our honeymoon. The team is very nice, caring with a strong sense of customer service. The hôtel is really central and you can discover the city easily by walking around or using the bikes at disposal in the hotel. The restaurant is also very good and the team provides good recommandation to discover local flavors. We have spent 3 wonderful days, thank you Ning, Nouy, Pookie, Linda, Mim, Sarah and all the team for paying attention to all details for us to enjoy our honeymoon.

Nice hotel and amazing location, but by far the best part of this hotel is the staff. They embody the level of service you expect at an Accor hotel. Every single person was warm, friendly and went out of their way to help. Thank you to Nouy, Linda, Ning and Pookie for taking care of me. Thank you to Paul and the other kind folks at the restaurant for the great service and food. Also, I didn’t get the name of the bartender, but whoever mixes the cocktails at the bar, they were some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had anywhere in the world (and I’m picky).
