Great resort and location just outside the busy downtown area. Great place for a quiet retreat with easy hotel supplied shuttle bus into town hourly. Beautiful clean rooms and a large pool area. Guest services manager David went out of his way to assist my wife when she was not well, finding us an excellent local clinic and doctor and taking the time to personally escort us to and from the facility. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Nice hotel but .........

It is a nice hotel with great staff & many facilities, however, a lot of things are wrong with this hotel. We were put in a room of which the door needed varnishing badly and the TV was not working. We were then kindly upgraded and we were placed in anotehr room, bigger and better BUT The toilet flush did work properly, the TV again was not working, we could just listen to CNN but the picture was full of snow and no even one channel had a decent picture, one of the reading lights did not work, the shower strip light did not work, the shower fan did not work. The cold water on the basin was making noises as it seems there was water in the pipes and water was coming explosively. On top of this there was no WiFi and NO MOBILE phone reception. Without mobile & without TV it was not a pleasant night. I must say that the manager apologised the following day for the WiFi but for 2 days we did not have it & there was no mobile signal in the room either. If the hotel is run properly it can provide a very pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Luang Prabang. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and clean rooms, stunning views, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The pool and surrounding nature made our stay even more relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luang Prabang!
