Good location, very helpful staff, nice accomodations. Food is a little pricey, but good drinks at their bar across the road.

This is one of our most memorable stays in all of our travels around the world! The hotel is lovely, an old heritage building with large comfortable rooms. The location is perfect being walking distance to the temples, night markets, Mekong river etc. and lots of restaurants and bakeries on each side. The staff are incredibly welcoming and bend over backwards to make sure that the guests are comfortable and well looked after. The Reception staff, special mention to Asu, were very kind to upgrade us to a lovely large room on our second day. The restaurant staff welcomed us with lovely smiles and delicious breakfast every morning. The restaurant manager Mr Mandal Partha was very kind and made sure we had vegetarian dinner one night and packed us a lunch for our departure day. Mr Unnikrishnan (director of food and beverages) was very friendly and offered any help that we might need. All in all, a perfect place to explore Luang Prabang! We hope to visit Luang Prabang again just to stay here and experience the hospitality offered by the 3 Nagas hotel! Very highly appreciated and recommended!!

The location and staff at 3 Nagas were very good. While the room at the hotel is in need of a renovation, the common area and cocktail lounge are well appointed. The hotel is an ideal location to participate in the early morning alms to the local monks. A big thank you to Toulee, Linda, Asu and Sor. We hope to visit again!

Fabulous stay

We stayed for 3 nights and booked 2 rooms. The hotel is a heritage property and truly wonderful. It has a perfect location on the one and only street in Luang Prabang that has everything one needs to visit during the stay (temples, markets, morning alms). It was so convenient to just sit in the corridor outside our rooms and watch the alms ceremony in comfort! The staff are all wonderful. Special thanks to Mr Mandal from F&B and Sarah from front desk. The guests also can use the pool and spa at Sofitel. The spa treatments are very good and they provide complimentary shuttles to Sofitel all day. The Sofitel itself is a standout property though a bit away from the main sights. The staff at the restaurant ensured we had complimentary hot coffee, juices and hot chocolate each morning. The happy hour every evening from 3-6 pm is great value. Overall this is probably the best place to stay in Luang Prabang which has the best mix of convenience, service, heritage.
