The hotel service and facilities like gym was simply a bargain for the rates offered :) The most valuable or priceless experience is the hospitality shown by the receptionist Ms. Nadin...simply amazing! That truly made the difference...my sincere appreciation to her and her colleagues there! :)

I arrived very late and found fresh amenities set in my room with my family picture on the greeting card. My kids were so excited to see their picture and name written on the card, very personalized. They love and finish the sweet treats too. We slept very well after our trip during the day, the bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and we got everything that we needed, the unique bathroom made my kids curious and cut the drama over bath time for them. We used to think that Ibis is for backpacker, in fact, as I traveled with 2 kids and brought many stuff, the room layout is perfect for me to store our stuff on the shelves, the sink at the bathroom fits for my kids (not to high and not too big), so they can use them without my help, and the bed size also fits for the three of us. Breakfast at Grand Mercure in the morning was the best after hotel hopping with my kids for the past couple of days, my daughter finally had proper breakfast like she used to. Kudos to the team and Arifin who leads them, every touch point with the team reflected how they are nurtured with passion.
