We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the charm of our hotel, the comfort of your suite, the warm and genuine services provided by our team and the restaurant services including the breakfast. Your kind words really mean a lot to us. However, we are genuinely sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointment you experienced regarding the swimming pool, bathroom design, and the coffee machine incident. We fully understand your displeasure about those happenings, and we regret that this situation left a negative impression to you. Your comments have been shared with the team for immediate review. We are already taking steps to evaluate the condition of the in-room coffee machines and to ensure that clear instructions are provided for guest use.
