Vishal soubhik rohan rajesh and khushboo from front desk helped a lot kudos to front office and bopa from Housekeeping team was good and did room cleaning. Lucky and manish from restaurant team took care of us and made sure our all requests are fulfilled

I had a stay for couple of days. Believe me The stay was amazing, specially the gesture by Syed Anjar at the reception, the kitchen Staff Chotan, Amrit and Santosh. Liked the cleanliness food and the way complete lobby is managed. Seems a safe and calm place. Best wishes

Conveniently located. Not far from the Airport and commercial/shopping district of Chennai - T - Nagar. Staff were courteous. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and proper with all the necessary facilities. Beds were comfortable. So were the pillows. The lobby is small for a 5 star but then again one would not spend lot of time in the lobby. We stayed here for 1 night. So nothing more to add.

You get everything expected from a Novotel, it’s clean and rooms are comfy. However it’s a more compact hotel compared to other Novetels I’ve been to. The location is central so you can reach the sites easily. The breakfast is per usual Novotel standards, lots of variety.
