A quality place to stay in. Location is superb in the edge of old town with short walking distance to explore what old Riga has to offer. Room was really comfy with good bed and pillows, really clean and well organized. Staff was really helpful and service was excellent. Breakfast was also enjoyable. Really enjoyed our three nights stay in this hotel.

Not a five star hotel

Good day. I want to be clear: the Pullman Hotel is not a five-star hotel. At best, it barely reaches four stars. Even though it is advertised as updated for 2025, there is little to show for it. Our stay started fine, but bad cleaning, terrible noise from outside ventilation and poor maintenance told another story. Finding silverfish in our room was unacceptable. Being moved between rooms without proper assistance — especially with an elderly family member — only made things worse. The replacement rooms were either impractical or noisy, and we slept poorly for the rest of the stay. The restaurant began well enough, but serving fish full of bones is simply not acceptable for a hotel claiming luxury standards. Another issue is that the hotel offers no proper parking. When you arrive by taxi or rideshare, you have to walk a noticeable distance with your luggage — something that should be clearly stated in advance. What sums it up is that even a staff member admitted the hotel doesn’t deserve its five-star rating. Management needs to tighten up and start delivering what they advertise.

Nice Quiet Hotel

Nice, modern hotel on the edge of the old town so an easy walk for site seeing. It is situated next to a park so is very quiet, the reception is very smart and roomy and the reception desk was friendly and informative. The rooms were large, modern and had everything you would need. Breakfast was next to reception and had a great selection and was well laid out. I only stayed one night but had an enjoyable stay.

The best hotel in Riga. Easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast is wondelfull and the staff is always warm and nice. Everything is just so perfect. We always stay in Pullman.

The room is nice, clean, and spacious, but the shower door leaks water, otherwise there's no complaint about this hotel. The location is great, right next to the old town and the president office. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot, which was with a great variety of selections and very fresh. It also got a small swimming pool--it's really quite small, but it's a pool that we could enjoy too.
