4 star hotel? How? The staff didn't speak English. Breakfast was quite standard or even below. Rooms very odd with a see through glass door between the toilet/bathroom and the bedroom part. No privacy there plus smells travel freely between the compartments. The sound isolation they pride themself with is NOT good. Extremely much noice from neighbouring visitors and still much noice from the street below. Very little information in general. Only Spanish TV channels on the very basic non-smart TV.

We stayed in room 706, which had a terrace and lounge furniture. This junior suite was fantastic! It was modern, spacious, and bright. The breakfast was perfectly chosen with local products, ensuring a great start to the day. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel's location was perfect! It was easy to explore the city on foot and discover the many restaurants and bars.

Very well located and quiet hotel

I selected this hotel for its location, that is great. In addition, being located in a small street, it was as quiet as it could be in a city centre. Welcome was nice. I was given a room on the 6th floor. It was all right, keeping in mind this is a 4* hotel. But I would have loved having an espresso machine in the room, particularly since the coffee in the breakfast room is not very good. That said, I might very well consider it for a next stay.

A Nightmarish Stay: Beware of This Hotel’s Infestation

As an Accor Gold member, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of disastrous, and it will be my first and last stay there. I discovered insects in the bed, which was both shocking and revolting. I documented the issue with photos and videos to show the hotel staff, but their response was underwhelming. The discomfort didn't end there; I felt itchy and developed a rash that lingered for days as a result of the infestation. I requested full refund from hotel however, they rejected my request. Despite reaching out to Accor to express my concerns, my complaints were met with silence. It’s disheartening to feel ignored, especially after being a loyal member. This experience not only ruined my stay but also left me questioning the hotel’s commitment to cleanliness and guest well-being. I urge potential guests to think twice before booking here. The lack of proper hygiene and the disregard for customer feedback are major red flags. No one should have to endure such an unpleasant experience, especially when staying at a hotel that claims to uphold high standards. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place to stay; there are certainly better options out there.
