Poor service and not what we paid for

Dear Sharon, We appreciate you took the time to leave your feedback. Our check in time is from 15:00PM. If we are able to check guest in earlier, we always will, this is unfortunately not always possible. The booking was made for a Superior room, which is on the first floor. There was no upgrade booked to a ground floor, so therefore there was nothing for us to refund. We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay, and it sounds like we should of communicated better. I will pass on the feedback to the team, so we can improve for any future occurrences. We truly value your feedback and are sorry your experience didn't reflect the high standards we aim for. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.

Executive queen suite was both inviting and comfortable. The restaurant and bar offered a delicious scrumptious menu.
